By accessing or using Ascentra, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You must be at least 8 to use Ascentra. Athletes aged 8–17 may apply only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By submitting an application on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf.

Keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application on its own merits and may accept, reject, or request more information. We may remove content that is inaccurate, infringing, abusive, or otherwise harmful.

You keep the rights to highlights, videos, photos, and text you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share that content as part of operating Ascentra and (for accepted athletes) promoting your profile to potential supporters. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.

Don't upload content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, harasses others, or misrepresents your identity. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Ascentra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascentra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
